The KMD First 100 Program supports KMD Scholars during their first 100 days of college by pairing each student with a dedicated mentor for regular check-ins, guidance, encouragement, and accountability.
This program helps scholars navigate the early transition to college, build confidence, develop strong habits, connect to campus resources, and feel supported as they adjust to a new academic and social environment. Through KMD First 100, scholars gain a trusted point of connection during a critical season — helping them settle in, stay focused, and start strong. |
